SPRAY TAN TIPS AND TRICKS

SKIN PREP

2.png

Exfoliate: Gently exfoliate your skin 24 hours before your appointment to remove dead skin cells and ensure an even tan.

Shave or Wax: Complete any shaving or waxing at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid skin irritation and ensure a smooth tan application.

Avoid Lotions and Oils: Do not

apply any lotions, oils, or perfumes

on the day of your tan, as they can

create a barrier and prevent the

tanning solution from adhering

properly.

POST SPRAY TAN

Cleanse your hands and face

within 60 minutes after your

tan to prevent uneven

coloration. Use lukewarm

water for your first rinse to

avoid stripping the tan.

Rinse the bronzer using gentle, circular motions with your hands. Your contactless spray tan is still developing even after you rinse it off and it will continue to develop over the next 12 hours.

The secret to helping your spray tan last is keeping your skin moisturised. Moisturise morning and night to keep you hydrated and your colour last longer.

BEFORE YOUR TAN

Wear loose, dark clothing to your appointment to avoid any rubbing or staining from the bronzer. Make sure

to remove any makeup and deodorant before your session to

avoid any uneven patches.

WHEN TO GET A SPRAY TAN

Try to get a spray tan 2 days prior to your event as your colour will be

fully developed and looking

its best.

SKINCARE AFTER TAN

After showering, gently pat your skin dry with a towel. Avoid rubbing to maintain an even tan. After your second shower, apply moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated. This helps

prolong the life of your tan

and keeps it looking fresh.

Stay well-hydrated by

drinking plenty of water.

Proper hydration helps

maintain healthy skin and

extends the longevity

of your tan.
